IRDS provides support to the Division of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for assessment, reporting, and program evaluation. In doing so, IRDS helps support multiple centers within the Division, including the Multicultural Center, Adaptive Educational Services, and the LGBTQ+ Center. IRDS also provides support by collecting and producing the annual IUPUI Diversity Report, a report designed to understand trends related to representation, climate, and programming around marginalized populations.
