IRDS supports a number of decision makers at IUPUI regarding employees on campus. IRDS is committed to collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data regarding recruitment, retention, and satisfaction. The office also provides headcount numbers of faculty, staff, and student employees for individual Schools and departments.
